Designed by landscape architect Kinsaku Nakane, this 30 acre park is named after Hawaii's only female monarch, Queen Liliuokaulani. It is said to be one of the largest Japanese gardens outside of Japan. Two magnificent mountains, Mauuna Kea and Mauna Loa, provide a backdrop for this tranquil scene.
