Oriental Hybrid(Lilium)-: blooms
late June, plant fall or spring , in full to part sun, likes to have their
"feet" shaded, divide in late summer when dormant, grows 3-5 feet tall,
blooms face upward which make a good plant for gardens viewed from a second story.
Daylily-(hermerocallis fulva): rich
orange- red trumpet shaped blooms, clump forming, growing to a height of 4 feet. This
plant has been cultivated for centuries.
