Names will be drawn at random each month to determine who will serve as the Leader, Reporter and Photographer for the next month's session. Descriptions of each position are as follows:

Leaders: Will assist with opening and closing presentations and discussions; keep the group and speakers on time; and help keep a head count for tours.

Reporters: Will keep a brief written record (1-page double spaced is fine) of highlights from each session and tour to be used for new releases and a permanent LMC diary. When completed, e-mail the document to Jeff Bates, LMC Co-Chair (jbates@nckcn.com) for distribution to class members and news media.

Photographer: using a camera provided, capture images from each session and tour to be used for new releases and a permanent LMC diary. Return camera to designated LMC board member for developing.
